Installed per the manual about 3 months ago.

Symptoms: the white led blink for the low fuel indicator had stopped working.

The stove operates normally, lighting, stopping, modulating, feeding, etc. but now it never sees low fuel. Where is the sensor for this? Is it something that needs cleaning?

There is no sensor. You do the calibration process, then it "guesses" at what is left in the hopper. You may want to reset the board, and re-calibrate.
