The auger turns enough to fill up the burn pot and ignite, then the distribution fan comes on like normal. As soon as that happens, it should try to ramp up by feeding pellets. It seems to only be feeding enough to keep it at a low flame.
After a couple of feed cycles, the feed motor LED stays lit even after the motor stops turning. Eventually the LED goes out after a bit, and the same thing happens again... a few feed cycles, then the motor stops but the feed LED stays lit up. Not sure if that's normal or not.
Anyways, there's fire, but it's not hot. Doesn't seem to matter how high I turn the temp dial, it stays at a very low burn. Even on stove temp, cranked to the max... a very minimal flame.
The flame is not lazy, so there's no airflow issue. The entire system was just cleaned thoroughly. Been running this stove for 4 years now without a problem, so I know somethings not right. Any ideas?
