I am going to try a modified version of the leaf blower trick with my 5hp shop vac. The venting consists of:
the tee behind the stove
up about 4 feet
90 deg elbow
horizontal about 3 feet

Going to use the linteater shop vac adapter so I can run the shop vac as I use the linteater. I might also take the filter out of the shop vac. Don't really need it. Just gotta remember to put it back in before using it inside to clean the stove again ;)

Can anyone describe to me where the vacuum hose is that I should disconnect?

If you leave the door of the stove open you dont have disconnect the vac hose and risk ripping it or breaking the nipple off of the vac switch.
