Bought a 2005 Hearthstone Shelburne the other day for $600. It cleaned up pretty good. The blue/black enamel looks good and seems to be a 9 out of 10 condition wise. I also got an eco fan and steamer. Is that a pretty fair price?

If the interior is in as good shape, then that's a fair price indeed.

Looks clean. Are the secondary tubes and the baffle in good shape too?

Yes, that looks good. It looks like a stove that appears to have had low usage.
