We used to have friends with an 8000 sf house. They had a child since. I think they paid 2.1 mil. Kitchen alone was over $100,000

So what's your gas bill like, with 4400 sq ft of ICF? Your electric bill must be pretty satisfying in the summer. I just got mine today, and really don't want to open it :ahhh:

And wouldn't it take a couple of weeks for your pipes to freeze? That's a long power outage.

The whole house, all 3 stories are ICF, Five people live here now. If things go wrong, parents may come and kids may never leave - wanted somewhere to put them If not, hopefully a good investment. With that being said, we do not live in a mansion as mentioned above, it is a nice house. No $100,000 kitchen!

Not too bad, but want to drop those winter bills!! I think our electricity usage is a little high, need to try to pin down what the draw is! Can't imagine what it would be if we turned on the A/C
