Help Needed: Determine manufacturer

I need some help determining the make/model of my wood burner insert so I can begin to recondition it. I suspect it was installed in the late 70s to early 80s. The only identifying mark is on the damper control, but the handle is broken. I can make out "ne-Ri" or "me-Ri". Please see the attached photos.

Any chance the name could be "Blue Ridge"? There was a brand by that name, apparently.
 
Woodsmanpartsplus has it listed but no parts list or exploding view , you may have luck on ph with them
