Full height glass crack during early morning burn. This is the unit that was replaced on 12/9 for smoke deflector. It's a stress crack: all my wood is 16" long and I load n/s.

It hasn't been as controllable as I like. The fan was on high. Did not notice glowage.

Oh, well. Bad timing.

Yeah, seems like it will. You never know with glass though, but it's looking good. Still have to wait for the part to come in during a cold snap.
On the other hand, there is something to be said for central heating. :)
