Good Morning,

We own a Napoleon nps40. I noticed yesterday that the auger had stopped feeding pellets. We took the pellets out and the auger didn't appear to be clogged. Then we opened up the side of the stove and while inspecting it the high limit thermostat fell off. Could the high limit thermostat being lose cause the auger to stop working? I'm wondering if replacing that would get my stove running again or if it has other problems? Thanks for your help!
