shut off e-mails about post notification?
I thought I did it during set-up, but I guess not.

Control panel (top of page), email settings, uncheck post notification, password, update.

...or you can opt out by unchecking the box before you click 'submit post'. You can also go back and edit your previous posts and uncheck the same box.
