Yeah, that guy can always build a new house..
HehHeh . . . I'm the Fire Prevention Officer, not a line firefighter so I can still rest easy if I am a tad bit late. On the other hand, it would look really, really bad if the FPO burned his house down.

on average from a cold start to damper is closed and cat is engaged is like 30 minutes .. at the most 45 minutes
