Oh yeah, I remember the threads from last year, pics of some nasty brownish icicles hanging from chimney caps...in fact, had some on top mine for a couple days, it ain't no big thing.

I think it just happens sometimes. One of those weird atmospheric phenomena that can effect a stove.
