I have a 3 year old Qudra Fire Pellet Insert resently it will not ignite on its own, after I push the reset button it does ignite does anyone have any ideas what it might be. Qudra Fire is no help they refer me back to the dealer I bought it from they're not very good.


Thanks for any help.
