That Ladybug is a first for me. Never saw anything like that. I guess that convection blower blows the heat out the top/rear.
He mentions not EPA Certified. He failed to mention that it may not be UL listed which is more worserer.

The red one is pretty typical. Unless I'm wrong thats just a Malm fireplace made in California.
 
The "Ladybug" has style. I wonder adout the quality of fit, especially the door. The body seems to be made of half a steel pipe. If the craftsman did an appropriate job, I'd be taking a look, all thanks to Craigslist.
