Got the following email for a post in a watched thread but the post in the thread was missing the first paragraph?:

"I believe it because that is exactly what mine was doing when I caught it failing with the box cover off.
I have it in manual now so the fire won't go out. I contacted Harman and they said to contact a dealer. Problem is my dealer went belly up 3 years ago and Harman still gave me a full warrantee. The only problem is getting to use it. People don't want to have anything to do with me.

I found a company out by the Cape that is willing to deal with me. Said a new controller would be $189! Told them I wanted to see what it was going to go for under warrantee. They said it would take 4 weeks! I went to eBay and got one for $58 brand new, exactly the same. Should be here Monday or Tuesday.
Thiefs! So much for a warranty until August 2014!
    I've had it with Harman......."

If the poster went in and redacted that part, your email may contain it, but the current post won't.

Yes, I can see how it would happen if the timing was just right. Only wanted to make you aware incase there was some glitch in the web application.

Thanks for that. No harm in double checking.
