Hey all! Was wondering if anyone had some insight on an issue I’m having with my Enerzone Eurostar. When running the stove in pilot mode I lose all control of the convection fan (starts blowing on high) and the stove loses all its heat and eventually gives me an error code of having no fire in burn pot. Another thing I noticed is as soon as it switches to pilot mode after a heat cycle, under troubleshooting settings it shows the pressure switch as red (abnormal) even though it’s closed. Works completely fine in normal heat mode, only has this issue as pilot cycle comes on. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

I have the manual yes I’ve tried all adjustments, in the end the stove goes below 120 degrees Fahrenheit and the error code comes up
called customer support in the summer and it ended up needing an update. Once update was installed no issues
