Jotul door adjust

    Anyone know how to adjust the door on a Jotul especially the 550? Any Jotul owner feel free to chime in since I'm gonna guess the latch sysytem may be similar across different models.

    When I hold a match near the top towards the hinge it sucks the flame in a bit and these stove manuals aren't worth much.

    Sounds like you need to re-gasket. I don't think there is any adjustment.

    Manual says there is. Gasket is in good shape but may not have been installed perfectly.

    Thanks BG that does give me a few ideas. Just have to wait till I'm not firing which will be a couple days looking at the weather forecast.
