I ordered a stove from Harman in early May, and by the time it was discovered that the delivery would not happen, I opted for a Kozy Woodland as it was readily avaliable. It was installed yesterday. The temps were cool here, so the windows were opened and it burned for about six hours so as to get rid of that new stove smell. I have always burned wood, and found myself every once in a while thinking I had to go add wood. The stove will someday make its way to the basement hobby room and be replaced with a pellet stove that looks more like a traditional woodstove, but for know it is a welcome addition. I have been holding off on getting pellets until the install, so now I guess it is time to get busy finding something to burn.

I've put about half down on a Woodland myself. It will be my first pellet stove. Do you know if I can hook up a wireless thermostat to it? I bought the wired thermostat at the dealer but I may scratch it from my order if I can get a wireless. I should have it within a month or so. Keep me posted if you have any issues oranything with yours.

Congrats! Now where are the pictures? :)

Hope you can get pellets for a reasonable price.

Hey macman, it did indeed happen, just didn't think people really wanted to see a picture of another pellet stove install. It is nothing fancy, just a plain stove sitting on a plain black pad. But, if you or anyone else really wants to see it, I will take a picture and post it. Let me know if everyone is that interested. As far as pellets go, I am on schedule to get 4 tons of Corinth Pellets by the end of September.

 Hey, just kidding....I'm sure it DID happen. I'm on another forum, and over there, we all tell each other that if you don't post pics, it didn't really happen.

Only post them if you want to, but everyone always likes looking at pics....
