October 16, after freezing my ass attending a snowmobile grass drag event. Brought the cold beers in, by the warm stove.

My 1st fire was Sept 17. Earliest ever .
I think that date might get beat this year. This August we've had some really chilly nights.

I see on 9/15 we had 36 degrees but no fire in the stove, or at least I don't think we did. Had a couple in September I think but don't remember when.

Don't remember the exact date, but I may have put it in a post last year.
We usually start the last week of Sept., so we've got a month or so yet to go this year. Maybe longer.
