I am installing a second stove in a large bedroom. Heat loss about 12,000 btu max. Need something I can run at low firing on a thermostst. The quieter the better. Any thoughts or recommendations would be appreciated.

Calling the code enforcer. Where are you??

Better make sure its ok before you do it.

Here in most states its not.

YMMV

Even if the "code" in your area might allow it, you might want to reconsider this idea. 1 small leak in the exhaust while you sleep will allow enough CO in to kill you.

Is it worth taking that chance????
