    I also have a Cape style, and had the same concern. Call me flaky, but I looked up the dimentions of a few stoves and finally made a wooden mock up of a Quad Castile out of strapping. I then placed it from the outside walls per the clearance recommendations. It was just a base, top and corners, but it was enough to let us know how the stove would impact on the small space.
