low amp draw

Are any of the smaller quality pellet stoves using less than 4 amps under normal average operating conditions?
For houses around 1100 sf.
 
I've measured mine. It draws approximately 3A when the stove is lighting (igniter ON) and 0.7A when idling (distribution fan OFF). The main fuse is rated 5A.
