Was at lowes doring the week, to pick up water pipe, had a leak, just my luck. 15 out and I have to play with water. Anyway I just had to look at the price and they are now selling summersets for $3.74 a bag. Down from $5.99 a bag.

Prices at big box dropping like fly's everywere, wonder how this spring is gunna end up?, $100 ton deals i'm sure, feel sorry for the independant's there gunna be stuck with alot of pellets and alot will go under

I am guilty! I too bought from them. But I only bought my 1 ton of shoulder stuff. I bought 2 tons from the pellet houses.
What I have done is avarage my costs of pellets. So 2 tons at $240 and 1 at $176 is about a $218 average. Better than the last 4 seasons I'd say! Plus I got heaters for the cold!

Was at Lowes in Manchester, CT today and stove chow was $187 a ton. I picked up 10 bags till my 2.6 tons of okies arrive later this week.
