The rim is very narrow and difficult to tape.. I bought some RTV silicone but do you think I need to remove adapter and T vent ??? Seal from inside? Why is it coming out between ridges…. Newbie here… It ran great all last winter… Strong independent female 😂… but this is beyond my googling and youtube expertise
