Hi
I have an older Majestic C36l corner fireplace that was never used, as it was in a model home. This fireplace uses SK8 chimney pipe, and it is obsolete. What is being used as a replacement, or does anyone have any ideas on how to vent this fireplace with another type of chimney pipe? I need about 16 ft of SK8.
Thanks, BZ

What are your goals wit hthis fireplace? If you intend to use it for any heat dont waste your time or money installing it. They make little to no heat for the house.

Wondering if there is an SK8 adapter ring made that allows attachment of modern insulated class A pipe? Maybe check with Selkirk support?

I live in Florida. Heat is not the primary purpose, but esthetic only. We like a fire now and again in our "winter".
ok then it should work just fine for that

Did you ever find chimney for this? I need the exact same stuff. And about same quantity. Bought my parents a Majestic BC36 12yrs ago but never installed until this year. Can't get chimney now. Any info you can share would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Tim

I am also looking for about 10' of sk8 pipe if anyone comes across a place that carries it or has an adapter please keep me posted thanks in advance
