can i use a nice piece of 6" pipe (3/8" thickness) to go through my stone foundation? the stove pipe i have fits nicely inside of it.

the hole is in my stone foundation, the closest combustible item would be my floor joist, 20 inches away.
I would assume the same clearances as for single-wall stove pipe, which I think is 24" to a combustible above ?
