I just want to say his customer service is way above and beyond!
I've been messaging him on here with an issue I had with my stove (because it's easier for me seeing I work the same hours as the tech dept), and after just a few messages back and fourth he helped me solve my issue with my top auger intermittenly not working.
It's greatly appreciated as tonight it's suppose to be -5'F. And right now it's a toasty 74'F inside
