I have a friend with a Hearthstone Heritage I think it is and the handle on front door apparently can be shut one way to keep the wooden handle off to the side, but if you shut it a different way (that his wife can't get the hang of) the handle will be in front of the glass door. The handle is half charred and I'll bet you can figure out why!
