We visited Maymont Mansion and on the way back I saw this on the side of the road in the surrounding park....almost took out a building...had to pull over and get a picture for the forum. This must of been one old tree...it was huge.

Difficult to tell by the picture but I'd make a SWAG and say red oak. That size tree would wreck any building in its path.
