Anyone recently installed a Napoleon 1402 Insert . I got mine in this weekend but having trouble with the firebricks. i followed the manual like it says but the bottom front bricks aren't going in. Plus im not 100% sure on which B bricks go where since they are different.
 
I figured it out. The side brick has to slide all the way back next to the brick along the back wall. The two bottom front pieces fit in easily then. The shorter front side piece that goes in by the door latch needed trimmed an 1/8 of an inch though.
