need help with cleanout.

Installed stove in cellar. Came out cellar window with wall pass through kit. The "t" section that came with the kit (duravent) has the cleanout on the bottom... which just so happens to be VERY close to the ground. Wo, I have no way to support the "t" and will certainly have a hard time cleaning it out. Ideas? Dies someone make a compatible "t" that has a front cleanout?
