Valley Comfort style stove but what does the banner say on the front? Depending on age, there may be a metal plate on the back with the manufacturer name and model name.
Edit: Circulator heater is the style ... Valley Comfort was one brand.

It appears to be a company from the UK that went bankrupt in 1986. Need the info for insurance?

Insurance may give you a hard time if it is not UL listed
Given it's age, may not be ... not exactly sure when they started with the Warnock-Hersey testing and UL
