Brand New P43 ignites on the left side continues burning only on the left.Pellets are being pushed over the edge of the burn pot. Feed rate is set on 2. The stove has burned less than a bag of pellets so it does not need cleaning. Thanks for your help!

Looks like a delayed start. It will continue to feed pellets during the start cycle. It's looking for heat @ the esp probe, which is in the exhaust. The continued burn on the left side could be an air flow issue. Is the ash cleanout plate on the front of the burn pot secured and sealed? Is the air intake flapper free and open? Hopper lid, door and ash pan doors closed and sealed? What type of pellets are you using? Was this a self install? What is your exhaust setup?
