Watched/listened to vid. Sounded quite normal. Stove has been on a while, room blower is ramped up because of this. So, to see what others are complaining about-- had to turn TV volume from 24 up to 60. BUT, its a vid, and everyone's conditions are different. So, my opinion-- the pellets tinkling is quite normal, especially for a P68, it's a big stove. HOWEVER, every time the auger kicks in, a annoying squeel is heard. Not right, needs fixed by dealer. Wouldn't be the first bad new auger motor. I have no doubt that would annoy me.
