Was out near there today,he had it waiting when I called.

Bought it new early-mid 90's,quit using it probably 10 yrs ago cause it leaked gas.No fuel/oil stored in it since then.Muffler has surface rust from storage in unheated garage, but looks OK so far.All parts present, nothing broken or missing.

About 15-18 seconds for it to completely drop, quite respectable compression for a small older saw I thought. It wont practically pull your shoulder out of socket like my monster Husky 288XPW does without using that decompression button first however....::-) Has spark too.

Thinking a new fuel line/filter,perhaps carb cleaning or kit.Plus complete inspection/cleaning.Should be a fairly easy & inexpensive project. (Like I need another one ;lol) Once I get into it,will find out more of course.Even if its $20-25 in new parts,I'll be pleased.

Nice, a classic for sure. Those are famous for mechanic's speed contests, how fast can you strip one down? ;)
