    thanks for all the info guys. Its been a few years since I was in the woods harvesting wood and forgot about all the safety precautions, the reminders are much appreciated. Hey Bob what part of Michigan are you from. I'm in the Fenton area near US-23.

    Mr. Hardwoods, we have a few other members near you too! Heck, one of them was cutting wood just a bit north of you a week or so ago. It was an area they wanted cleared to be ready for building.
