Having some issues with my stove, a cpl times this season the stove had gone out and the pellets continued to flow, as you can guess I had a pot full of unburned pellets. It seems to burn better on higher settings. When I try to put in on #1 and 2 its does not burn well. Sometimes running out of pellets. I open the door and the auger is not feeding pellets. Sometimes it will go out and sometimes it will start the flame again. On the lower settings it has a VERY high flame and is Very dirth burn. I am using "Stove chow" pellets. Any help I would be greatful. Thanks!

PS: Just last nite it happened again, I opened the door and the bottom auger was turning but no pellets were being fed.

Is the stove new to you? Do you have a manual? (it is on-line) Deep cleaning usually done to rule out issues. Most pellet stoves do produce a lot of ash on low...

Hopefully others will chime in that have experience with this stove. The Englander service tech usually shows up too...
