And when you go from tempeture setting to stove temp does the fan come on right away?

We use room temp 100% of the time.
I have used stove temp mode and as I remember, the fan runs constantly
and does come on right away.
I chose not to use stove temp mode due to the fact that if the outside
temp goes up, the temp in the house would also. Just my 2 cents.
The stove runs great though!! Keeps the temp +/- 1 degree!!

I just set it to room temp mode - the distribution fan runs as needed to keep the temp consistent...

Well, I don't have a P61 BUT I do have a Harman Accentra, I have it set on 4 and a feed rate of 4, the outside temp is 20* and inside temp is 74*... My fan starts as soon as the stove heats up, but I have noticed and stated that in " stove temp" it doesn't burn as hot as in room temp. BUT I know exactly how many pounds of pellets I will burn in a 24 hour period...
