Pacific Energy Soapstone?

Anyone ever seen one of these things for real, or is it still in the vaporware stage?

Does this really work? Can you slap SS slabs on a stove and increase BTUs?

No. The slabs may store more heat for release as the fire dies down, but they don't provide more heat.
