I use rubber gloves to offload my pellets. I'm probably not the only one but I didn't find any threads talking about this! Much more control and a little less effort to move the bags. Obviously 40 lbs is 40 lbs but it helps. Also notice I don't tear through bags as easily while using these. 2 more tons in today just before more snow...

I use a very similar glove for a lot of everyday winter tasks, including moving pellets

I have special pellet stacking underwear....
 
dont leave those gloves sitting on those okies for too long or they might melt.super hot pellet
