the wood equipments many uses now that it's spring not cutting for a while. Atleast for myself. Went and felled a few for a neighbor last week

It will turn into a flatbed of maybe a dump in a year or so. Had to get an ambulance to get the "good parts"

This is how we roll... my son 9 runs the trac michene. My daughter 11 runs the kubuta.. they load and move the logs around.. dad dose the ground game and cuts it all up.

Toys for me include the kayak, sled . . . and the ATV about half of the time (the other half it's being used as a tool to haul wood, plow snow, yard work, etc.)

The better the tools are for the job, the more work becomes having fun.

If I had a skidsteer and a tractor, it would likely end my marriage. I'd be finding projects everywhere.

You guys go through a great deal of trouble and expense to harvest big rounds. I simply don't. Anything bigger than 24" diameter, stays a tree. I'm not interested in that much heavy moving.

I am with you on that. Our property currently has 32 dead standing trees ranging from 4 inches to about 30. I gladly take the smaller trees but I do not want to waste the larger ones or give them away.
