I'm sure this topic has been addressed before, but I am looking for a quick crash course on the advantages and dis-advantages of both technologies...
Triple-Wall Air-Insulated....
Double-Wall Fiber Insulated...

FYI if you are thinking of Simpson DuraPlus that stuff is insulation wrapped AND air insulated. Triple wall that is ONLY air insulated / cooled is typically for prefab ZC boxes and not HT listed.
