Replacing door and window gaskets on Jamestown

Its time to replace the door and window gaskets on my Jamestown J1000. Can I just use any gasket that meets their specs from the following parts descriptions?

04CAA
Glass Gasket 1/8" x 5/8" flat
full-view 3 feet , pillar 6 feet

04DAA
Door Gasket 1/2" round
door 5.5 ft required

If so, can anyone recommend a site, or how to obtain otherwise?

Any gasket that meets the specs will do.

Also a lot of true hardware stores carry stove gasket.

Whenever I've gone to a big box for gasket they haven't had any.

Never had the it isn't in season excuse out of the smaller stores.
