I don't think they are able to offer a prebuy that early. They don't actually buy and store your oil for that price; it is all based on futures contracts, and I have never seen a prebuy offer before May 1rst.

I have 2 tanks, enough for 550 gallons, would have oil left over.

My ex-oil company ( I converted to NG last fall ) stopped doing pre-buy and budgeting last June.

So I don't think most HHO companies are doing budgets any longer.

Too much volatility.

FG.

I am considering installing a second 275 gal tank. Anyone know how much a tank costs? ( I tried a search and came up with nothing) )

I'd try calling my local oil dealer, and also call Home Depot & Lowes....I didn't see any prices online either.

HD has them. I looked at them last year, I seem to recall they were around $279 or so... but don't quote me on that. I can tell you the local oil dealers wanted way more than HD did for the same tank, but that should be no surprise.
