new to using a pellet stove. Our house has a Napoleon and working fine last winter. Had a chimney clean and they could not remove the stove to pull the vent pipe. It appears there is a set screw that has been completely sheared (or maybe someone tried to speedout). Found a terrible smell and determined there had been likely dog Urine soaking under the hearth pad. I ended up removing the pipe from the interior- looks like the silicone was due to be changed anyways. Any ideas on best way to remove this screw?
