I got some chain free that says K1 on it. Looks to be full chisel. .325 50ga

I looked it up its calls for 11/64 file.

I have a bit smaller 5/32 file and a bit bigger 3/16 file

which should I use? or should I go buy a 11/64 file?

You could go with the bigger, but your edge might not last quite as long in the cut...and it will take you a bit to re-shape the teeth (if looking for perfection).

Odd. Woodland pro 20RC (rebranded K1) and 20NK (rebranded K1NK) both call for 3/16 file.
