Silent flame ‘92 2058A

Hello,
We just bought a house with this wood burner in it. The previous owner used it to heat the 1500 sq foot home.
It is a silent flame 2058A made in 92
I was wondering how much this would be worth if we decided to sell it? We both have asthma and are wondering if we use it, may cause an issue.

Maybe try out the stove first with some good, dry firewood and see if it affects your asthma. If not it may be nice to have for backup heat. If it does, the stove may bring about $2-300.
