smoker gasification

What are some thoughts on this? A old smoker unit as a primary but when it goes dormite you collect the exhaust as gasification and burn it either in another heat system (boiler) or power a small engine and generator head and store elec. in battery bank?
Any dreamers out there let me know your thoughts.........

Best thing I came up with was use a gasser for steam to turn a turbine to produce power and grid tie to your utility power to turn your meter backwards after useing the steam for that then use the steam for heat , with a condensing pump return it back to again be turned to steam . A kinda dual purpose gasser .
