My Oslo heats my home

Hey everyone...As we are all in anticipation of another burn season, I'm in the final stages of maintenance and repairs
on my main stove, Jotul Oslo, and my backup at the rear of the 1st floor, a Dutchwest 2461.
The Oslo is all ready to go, the Dutchwest needs some new replacement parts. My regular dealer just quoted me
on some parts and I almost fell over when I saw the prices. So, that said, I'm looking for any tips and suggestions on
dealers, on-line sales etc.

Thanks,
Darrin

I've purchased from both Black Swan and Woodsman. Each provided very prompt and reliable service.

Thanks Elm, will look into both...

No luck at Black Swan and Woodsman. Both had limited parts for this unit.
Had some luck at Stovepartsplus.com. They had the schematicsto the stove
but their website seemed prehistoric, I had to e-mail them my list of parts needed in order to get
some prices. Thats if they have what I'm looking for.

For the money I need to spend, possibly $350+, I may have better luck looking for a used stove
to replace it for less money. Craigslist posts had many used stoves. I don't need anything too
big, maybe just enough to heat 600 sq ft at the most. Thing is I don't want to spend any
extra moola on a used stove that needs work as well. Catch 22....

any suggestions??

Thanks,
Darrin

I'd call either store in question. Typically they have more parts than what's shown online.
Good luck.
