So Dixie,

What do you do with them?

I was wondering the same but was afraid to ask

Our fat trees have always gone up in the stove as it makes less mess than pulling it back out through a 36" door when its dry. If I was scrounging trees, I'd have the cordless sawzall or chainsaw out there and head for the snooty neighborhoods with the high ceilings.

Around here, we collect them up and charge $10 to dispose of them....all the money goes to ROTC...made over $5,000 last year....this years total not out yet....15 trucks on the road collecting them up

Burn them a little at a time and mix with other wood. Some of those trees are quite dry.
