What is right therm o disc for a fireplace. I currently have a 110 open and 95 closed, seems like it could close at a lower temp but just not sure.
 
Most of the ones on woodstoves & inserts - that I've seen -
are in the 124 close/ 110 open range...
Yours ALREADY seems low...
